Sir/Madam,
We, the residents of Shanti Nagar, Lane 3, Harmu, Ward No. 14, wish to bring to your notice the serious problem of blocked drain in our locality for about three weeks.
Dirty water is overflowing onto the road; the smell and mosquitoes have increased the risk of disease. Children and elderly people find it difficult to walk.This was reported earlier as well (informed the ward councillor verbally on 10-10-2026), but no action has been taken so far.
We request you to direct the concerned department to resolve this problem at the earliest.
