muhar.in takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Your files

All PDF and image tools run inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our servers and we cannot see them.

2. Information in letters

Details you type while creating a letter stay only in your browser and disappear when you close the page. We do not store or collect them.

3. Order information

When you order a digital stamp or kit, the name, address, mobile, email and signature photo you send are used only to create, deliver and invoice your order. We delete your files 90 days after the order is completed, except information we must keep by law (such as invoice/tax records).

4. Payments

Payments are made through UPI/bank. We never ask for or see your card number, UPI PIN or banking password.

5. Cookies and storage

We only remember your chosen language (Hindi/English) in your browser. No advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It may be shared only with a competent authority when required by law.
