Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to buy with confidence. The rules are simple:

Refunds

• Full refund if your files are not delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• Full refund if we cancel your order (for example, under our stamp rules).
• No refund after delivery, as it is a digital product made in your name.

Free revisions

2 free revisions to name, address or design within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellation

Full refund if you cancel before work starts (within 15 minutes of payment).

How and when

Refunds go back to the same account/UPI used for payment within 5–7 working days. Write to info@muhar.in with your order number.
