We, M/s ABC Constructions, Main Road, Your City – 000000 (GSTIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), the contractor for the above work, hereby certify that:

1. We have received the full and final payment of ₹ 3,45,600 against the final bill of the above work on 25-04-2026.
2. We have no further claim of any nature whatsoever against the Department in respect of the above work, except the refund of security deposit / release of performance guarantee as per the agreement.
3. All wages of labour and dues of suppliers and sub-contractors engaged by us for this work have been paid in full, and the Department shall not be liable for any such dues.
