We, M/s ABC Constructions, Main Road, Your City – 000000 (GSTIN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), have completed the above work on 31-03-2026 as per the agreement and specifications. The final bill has been paid.
The defect liability / maintenance period under the agreement ended on 30-09-2026. During this period, all defects pointed out (if any) have been rectified and no defect is pending at our end.
We therefore request you to kindly release the following at the earliest, as per the terms of the agreement:

Print on your letterhead. Attach the completion certificate, PBG copy, no-claim certificate and the affidavit if asked. Check the defect liability period in your agreement.
