We, M/s ABC Traders, Main Road, Your City – 000000, are a Micro Enterprise registered under No. UDYAM-JH-XX-XXXXXXX for Trading and supply of industrial safety products.

As per the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) Order, 2012, as amended, and the applicable Government of India instructions, eligible MSEs / recognised Startups are exempted from submission of Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) / Bid Security, subject to the conditions of the bid.

We therefore request you to kindly grant us exemption from EMD/Bid Security for the above tender. A copy of our valid registration certificate is enclosed. We undertake that the registration is valid for the items quoted, and we shall abide by all terms of the tender.
